We know from personal experience that swapping hosting providers can lead to lost data and unnecessary downtime. That’s why we will do all that for you for free!We have skillful administrators whose only task is to ensure that your website works precisely as it did on your previous hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based on famous apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are plenty of variables to think about – the overall amount of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the current workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. Yet, we do our very best to perform all web site migrations within a 48–hour time window. Smaller–sized websites are transferred faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

A: We will require the login information for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel and the site’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share essentially the same info you have provided to your present hosting provider. We’ve also got a very rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies how personal information is handled.

A: Your site will work exactly like it did before with your previous hosting provider. Once we are through with the migration, your site will be configured to work on our platform and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is functioning correctly, all you will have to do is change the name server resource records for your domain. Your website will be migrated to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: Nah. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we don’t require anything. We’ll never get in touch with your hosting provider. They will not know anything about the transfer either.

A: We can migrate your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform given that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only sites that we can’t migrate are those based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
